Participation in all conference sessions, including matchmaking sessions with industry experts, is included - See who will attend in 2025 and connect with Austrian and international professionals before, during and after the event
You will have access to the online B2B matchmaking platform, where you can create your own individual online profile and book 1:1 meetings with national and international industry experts. Your profile will remain visible on the event platform for 12 months - Admission to the networking evening on January 15, 2025
- Catering will be provided during the entire conference
The invoice will be electronically sent to the email address you have published in your profile account after the event. If you cancel your registration within 7 days before the event, a no-show fee of EUR 100 will be charged.
EXHIBITOR PACKAGE - BOOK A STAND FOR MAXIMUM VISIBILITY
EUR 500 (plus 5 % advertising tax)
Registration deadline: December 27, 2024
This package includes:
- On-site exhibitor space of approximately 4m², which serves as your own B2B area
- Two participant tickets, granting access to all conference sessions and networking opportunities
- Visibility as an exhibitor on the event platform in the "Exhibitors" section
- All services included in the On-Site Participant Ticket (see above)
The invoice will be sent electronically to the email address you have provided in your profile account after the event. If you cancel your registration within 14 days before the event, a no-show fee of EUR 500 will be charged.
SPONSOR PACKAGE - BOOK A STAND AND ADVERTISING SPACE FOR MAXIMUM VISIBILITY
EUR 1.000 (plus 5 % advertising tax)
Registration deadline: December 27, 2024
This package includes:
- On-site exhibitor space of approximately 4m², which serves as your own B2B area
- Extra advertising space in the on-site sponsor area
- Four participant tickets, granting access to all conference sessions and networking opportunities
- Visibility as a sponsor on the event platform and in all print and digital materials
- All services included in the On-Site Participant Ticket (see above)
The invoice will be sent electronically to the email address you provided in your profile account after the event. If you cancel your registration within 14 days before the event, a no-show fee of EUR 1.000 will be charged.
